The new recipes are for Haitian cake (or cupcakes) and Pen Patat, a bread made with fresh white sweet potatoes. I made the cupcakes for the ImagineHaitian art benefit yesterday and I think it is the best-tasting cake I have ever made, gluten or otherwise!
